Senior Recruitment Consultant - Life & Science

This position is an opportunity for those with business experience and looking for new challenges. An ideal person must have the following skills: Conduct the start to finish of recruitment processes, preferably for the Life Sciences industry, involving aligning vacancies, searching for candidates, interviews, monitoring and leading all phases of the process. Lead commercial activities (BUDs, commercial meetings, meetings at the client to present a short-list and/or monitor the process, among others), fulfilling the specific KPIs for the area. Act proactively with our clients, sending attractive professionals so that companies can visit, even without having an open position. Whenever possible, be in person with clients and candidates. Demonstrate support for corporate initiatives and work together with other business units. Advanced English is mandatory.
