Job Description :What are we looking for?- Experience in project management, mainly with cross functional teamsProject management tools and processes understanding-FMCG Industry knowledge-Financial acumen-Advanced EnglishWhat will be your key responsibilities?•Lead, manage and govern the QuEST activities to drive on time, cost and performance deliveries.•Lead projects meetings, outputs from the meeting, action tracker, project's documentation•Lead the cross-functional's teams for each project - Marketing, Trade, R&D, Manufacturing, S&F, Supply, Commercial, Engineering•Co-lead with Marketing Team to enable the development of a consistent, long-term innovation pipeline for 2-3 years.•Lead Periodic QuEST Gate Approval in Step1 with BLT.•Provide effective and quality inputs to S&OP+ Step1 Portfolio Management in the follow areas: Issue sheets on key activities throughout the cycle, New Product Master Plan (with Marketing team), Prioritization, Resource Allocation, Stage Gate Reviews•Do the governance and deliver training, coaching and provide guidance to associates on the stage-and-gate process (QuEST) and on PPM (Portfolio and Project Management System).•Stablish and keep collaborative ways of working with cross-functional teams and with stakeholders•Coach and constructively challenge project team to continuous improvement in QuEST process, project team meetings, documentation, planning, timings.•Mediates and resolves conflicts when principles, processes, rules and values are violated.
