Lead cross functional product teams. Ensures compliance with all product management processes. Assess competitive challenges and deliver clear strategic recommendations. Define, analyze and report metrics that inform the success of products (both problem areas & opportunities). Coaches product managers.You must have: 10+ years product management and leadership experience. Prior people management experience, with passion for leading and developing product teams. Strong analytical skills, with ability to create appropriate KPIs to measure success. Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases that can be clearly and easily communicated. Technically savvy & comfortable with software systems & tools. Ability to remain flexible, juggle multiple priorities, & change directions as needed.
