Conduct detailed analyses to understand the likelihood and impact of different risk scenarios; Actively participate in the development, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to significantly contribute to the organization's regulatory framework, ensuring precise alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards; Ensure policy compliance with regulatory standards and specific industry standards, with special attention to ensuring that the regulatory framework is adequately aligned with the specific requirements and expectations of the gaming industryDevelop training programs for employees, addressing topics related to compliance and risk management, to promote a comprehensive and consistent understanding of these concepts, thereby ensuring uniform adherence to established policies and guidelines.
