We are an affiliate marketing agency that helps ecommerce brands build and scale affiliate programs.Now we are hiring a new Project Manager in our team!You will be responsible for:Client Onboarding: From contract initiation to communication setup and ongoing engagement, make sure our clients are fully integrated and actively engaged.Client Success Management: Keep clients informed with regular updates, optimize their campaigns, and work with the affiliate management team to ensure top-notch service.Affiliate Program Setup: Setup affiliate programs and handle all initial technical integrations with affiliate platforms.Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain SOPs for client and team operations.Financial and Admin Management: Take charge of financial operations, including invoicing and payments, and manage day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth operation.Our future project manager has these characteristics:High English level (C1)At least 4 years of experience in an operations or project manager roleAt least 3 years of remote experienceProficient in CRM, affiliate tracking software, data analysis tools, and platforms like HelloSign, Slack, and AsanaHas excellent organizational and project management skillsCommunicates effectively, both in writing and verballyShows strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detailCan lead and collaborate across teams, adapting to the rapidly changing digital marketing environmentMaintains high ethical and professional standardsWhat we offer:Full-time work with the contract, 100% remotelyEST time zone, flexible, but mostly normal working hoursCompetitive salary of 1900 – 2300 USD14 days of paid vacation annuallyFriendly and positive team
