Company Overview:Mosaic Puzzles is a wooden jigsaw puzzle company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. At Mosaic, we design and build unique wooden puzzles where every piece is part of the puzzle's story. We are a fast paced startup built by Ex-Uber and Amazon employees.Job description:Ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and licensors.Responsibilities:Customer Success Management:Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests.Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.Communication with the manufacturing team to ensure customer requests are handled with quality.Social Media Management:Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Create and curate content for various social media platforms.Create and implement email marketing strategies and content.Licensing Contract Management:Oversee the licensing contracts of artwork in our portfolio, including monitoring expiry dates and arranging contract renewals.Portfolio Maintenance:Maintain up-to-date records of licensing agreements and contracts for the artwork featured in our portfolio.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our portfolio reflects the latest artwork and complies with contractual obligations.Website optimization: Add, remove, sort puzzles as new puzzles are created, expired puzzles are removed, etc.Vendor Management:Act as the primary point of contact for working with our suppliers/vendors.Cost/benefit analysis for features and purchase decisionsQualifications:Bachelor's degreeExcellent level of English is REQUIREDAnalytics in excel/google sheets is REQUIRED2-7 years of working professional experience preferredProven experience in customer success, social media management, and supplier relationship management.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
