Ttle - Project Engneering LeadType - Contract to HireLocation - RemoteRoles and Responsibilities:Management: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Modern Meeting room projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Installations: Oversee the setup and configuration of new meeting rooms, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal functionality of modern meeting technologies.Demand Assessment: Collaborate with various departments to assess and analyze the organization's evolving meeting room requirements, proposing innovative solutions that align with business needs.Cycle Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive life cycle management strategy for both Modern Meeting rooms and Legacy Meeting rooms, ensuring regular updates, upgrades, and equipment replacements as needed.Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in meeting room technologies, including Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, BYOD solutions, and digital signage techniques. Apply this knowledge to optimize the performance and user experience of meeting room environments.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Facilities, and Audiovisual (AV) teams to ensure seamless integration of meeting room technologies with existing infrastructure.and Support: Provide training to end-users on the effective use of meeting room technologies and features. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance when required.
