Job Title: Art DirectorJob Overview:We are in search of a passionate and skilled Art Director to lead our client's team of designers. Beyond just possessing technical expertise, we are seeking someone with a strong creative vision and the ability to drive our client's digital marketing efforts to new heights.Work Schedule:Full-Time 8:00 AM to 6:00PM CSTResponsibilities of the role:Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative visual solutions across various digital channels to effectively communicate brand messages and enhance marketing efforts.Generate integrated digital art concepts and experiences for web, social media, paid media, mobile, blog, apps, influencer marketing, and more.Maintain high standards for visual design and user interface across all platforms, ensuring the execution of design projects from concept through completion.Inspire and motivate the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and design excellence.Establish and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices within the agency to ensure consistency and quality in all creative work.Spearhead brainstorming and discovery sessions to explore innovative design solutions.Oversee the creation of a wide range of visual content, including website designs, digital ads, social media graphics, and multimedia assets.Implement feedback mechanisms and quality control processes to refine and improve creative work.Execute high-end design projects for our clients.Required Experience and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in team management and artistic related roles.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.Preferred Skills:Innovative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset.Background in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising is preferred.Familiarity with project management software like Slack and Monday is advantageous.Soft Skills:Innovative and strategic thinking ability.Communication skills for conveying creative feedback, concepts, and mentorship.Organizational skills for managing multiple projects with deadlines and approvals.Ability to push boundaries of aesthetics and ideas with multidisciplinary teams.Analytical skills for analyzing design trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.Language Requirement:C2-Level proficiency in English.Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
