Position SummaryWe're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Graphic Designer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key role in translating design concepts into captivating visuals for our loungewear and/or intimate products. You'll combine your design expertise with a strong understanding of printmaking to contribute to the creation of innovative and marketable collections.It is required to have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and understanding of pattern making. (Link to online portfolio required).QualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic/fashion design/art design with at least 5+ years experience in the fashion industry in print design and repeats or the apparel industry..Background in Design, Fashion and/or Illustration. Previous experience working B2B, with Startup companies and American Clients. Professional English Level.Strong understanding of pattern-makingExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously, shifting focus as needed to meet business prioritiesAbility to work independently and remain flexibleExperience with loungewear or intimates is a plusPackaging knowledge is a plusTech pack knowledge is a plusSolid understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout composition.ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative and visually appealing graphics for loungewear and/or intimate collections, including prints, patterns, and branding elements.Collaborate closely with designers, product development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create intricate print and artwork for garment production.Demonstrate a strong understanding of pattern repeatability and production limitations.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.Work independently and take initiative, while also being a strong team player.(Optional) Develop packaging designs that complement the overall brand aesthetic (a plus).(Optional) Create technical specifications (tech packs) for garment production (a plus).Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator.Skills and technical knowledge of print, including printing techniques and rotary repeats.Should be able to organize information and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.Main Tools to Manage During Work RelationMust be proficient in the following industry standard programs: Dropbox, Teams, Trello, Illustrator and Photoshop.Hubstaff: Web App and Desktop App.Zoom: Meetings and Breakout room.Discord: Categories and Channels.Soft Skills Creativity and imagination to bring unique concepts to life.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback into designs.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.BenefitsCompetitive pay in US dollars.Overtime pay.Opportunity to grow.Time-off flexibility.Don't forget to follow us on social media as @hiredremoteli for more updates!
