In this role, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact, managing correspondence, coordinating client requests, and supporting project timelines. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, possess excellent multitasking and time management skills, and be client service-oriented.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for correspondence and phone callsConduct daily client follow-ups to ensure customer satisfactionBuilding and maintaining long term relationships with clientsCoordinate client requests and designer requestsCollaborate with employees to establish project timelines and deliverablesFollow process checklists for back-office tasks, including gathering and organizing client and project documentsCompose outgoing emails to clientsConduct online research to fulfill basic project needsUtilize our CRM system to initiate email and text communication with new leads and send follow-up informationCollect expense reports and mileage logs on a monthly basisAssist in coordinating project stages and addressing current needsUpload photos to our project gallery database, linked to our websiteRequirements:Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Customer Success in client facing roles.Experience in external projectsAbility to diffuse challenging situations through advanced Customer Service skills.Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to work with minimum supervisionMust have a PC and reliable Internet connectionProficient in using CRM systemsStrong written communication skills and ability to interpret new informationClient service-focused with a solution-oriented mindsetPayment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
