We're on the hunt for a Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant team! As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, making sure there are smooth and efficient operations across different departments or functions. From coordinating orders to delighting customers, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and with a smile.Responsibilities:Nourish strong bonds with the sales team and customers, cultivating relationships that blossom into enduring connections.Dive into direct interactions with clients or partners through engaging voice/video calls, ensuring every conversation leaves a smile.Tackle administrative tasks with enthusiasm, infusing data entry, filing, and organization with a touch of magic to boost the Retail Sales Team's productivity.Harness the power of Pipedrive, Excel, and Spreadsheets to weave a web of precise records and delightful customer interactions.Streamline order processing with finesse, ensuring every transaction flows effortlessly to support the sales team's success and delight customers.Dance in harmony with cross-functional teams, orchestrating seamless collaborations that unlock new levels of operational excellence.Wrap clients in a blanket of satisfaction by delivering top-notch products/services and addressing any concerns with care and speed.Craft orders with precision and care, ensuring each detail is captured accurately to coordinate swift delivery with logistics and fulfillment teams.Stand as a beacon of reliability for customers, providing unwavering support with inquiries, updates, and resolution of any issues that arise.Mandatory Qualifications:Strong 4-5 years background in sales, operations and logisticsProficiency in English (C1-C2 level) with a knack for captivating communication.2 years experience working with B2B sales.Experience with fast paced environments.Good problem solver, excellent communication skills, shark like minded, detail oriented.Proficient in Excel and SpreadsheetsPreferred QualificationsExperience in international logistics.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like ShopifyExperience with SAP / NetSuite / Fulfil / Oracle or other ERP's.A love for physical products and the magic of selling them.A knack for organization that would make Marie Kondo proud.A sense of humor and a sprinkle of creativity to keep things fun and fresh.Why Join Us??? 96% retention rate, showcasing our commitment to long-term relationships.
