Position OverviewWe are seeking a meticulous Corporate Travel Agent to join our esteemed Business Administration team. This critical role entails overseeing the intricate details of inbound and outbound travel arrangements for both our employees and clients. The successful candidate will manage visa applications, facilitate expatriate transitions, and ensure seamless relocation management.Key ResponsibilitiesResearching, arranging, and coordinating various travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, meals, and insurance, while adhering to budgetary constraints.Providing invaluable support to managers regarding Global Mobility travel policies and procedures.Staying abreast of evolving travel regulations, including passport and visa laws, across multiple destinations.Leading the strategic execution of our visa procurement strategy.Conducting comprehensive research, negotiations, and management of corporate agreements with travel vendors.Generating cost projections and meticulously reconciling expense reports.Conducting regular reviews of existing mobility policies, recommending enhancements, and managing policy administration.Serving as a primary resource and addressing travel-related inquiries and concerns from employees.RequirementsExperience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar travel-related role.Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in tourism, business administration, industrial engineering, or international relations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, particularly in Office and Excel.Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English is essential.Desirable QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role within a software development outsourcing company is advantageous.Knowledge and experience of Argentine and US immigration laws would be beneficial.Intermediate or advanced command of the Portuguese and/or Spanish languages is highly desirable.Benefits Fully Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
