As an Supervisor de Well Site Supervisor (Integrated Well Services) Offshore, you will be responsible for:Being responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics;Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation;Developing long range forecast for region resource needs. Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts/region business commitments;Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders and cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy;Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how;Handling diverse clients in a region.
