Our flagship technology platform, Member Lounge, is designed to enhance member engagement and streamline association management.Must beVery fluent in written and spoken English.You're good atProviding exceptional customer support and hosting clients meetings.Building positive relationships with clients through effective communication.Working independently and taking initiative to resolve issues.Testing and showing demos of product and features to clients.Coordinating all stages of web development projects.Extra awesomePrevious experience in software (SaaS) companies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Adept at gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable insights.Familiarity with membership websites or association management is a plus.What you'll doHost meetings with clients, in which you'll be showing demos with completed features, review items in progress, collect requirements and brainstorm for possible solutions to each specific case.Create SRS - Software Requirements Specification - of upcoming features.Test completed features and provide feedback on the feature and on user experience.Review design mock-ups and coordinate production deployment.Discuss technical strategies with developers.Present webinars to show our product demos.What you'll needPrevious involvement in coordinating web development projects from start to finish.Previous working experience with CRMs like Hubspot and CiviCRM.Proficiency in conducting client meetings via Zoom, including presentations and webinars.Ability to confidently and professionally present content to clients.Deep understanding of customer values and supporting them in their growth with our technology.Proficiency in understanding complex projects.Serving as a supportive resource for clients, demonstrating patience, and helping non-technical clients to understand the technology.Why join usCompetitive salaryHealth and wellness programsProfessional development opportunitiesFully remote work environmentBe a key player in a dynamic and innovative technology company shaping the future of association management.Grype Digital is an equal opportunity employer.
