Strategic Resource Responsibility: Lead, guide and mentor less experienced staffProvide input and make recommendations regarding success of the project.Apply engineering principles into the design and enhancement of new and existing system Document new system components, or modifications to existing components.Perform engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needs.Perform engineering technology requirements gathering, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systems.Provide technical leadership in the architecture discipline and development of information technology solutions.Present clear, organized, and concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to enable effective business decisions.Provides engineering support for large-scale 24x7 operational environment, including off-hours including EMEA work hours.Ability to support current project plan and roll-outPerform other duties as assigned. Technical Qualifications: Advanced hands-on telephony experience within Cisco, MS Teams, MS Teams Voice, Oracle SBC/ECB, and/or routing of Universal/International Toll-Free routingSignificant hands-on experience Oracle SBC network design, configuration, support, and maintenanceAdvanced hands-on experience with the SIP protocol and analyzing call flows for global dial plan designAdvanced level of SIP Normalization scripting.Strong proficiency with global direct routing, E.164 dial plans, e911, SIP Trunking, PowerShell scripting, and MS Teams routing policiesMicrosoft Teams ACME 3900 PlatformCisco Call Management TechnologyExperience with Cisco 4400 and Catalyst Gateways to support provider connections.Experience with Oracle Interoperations MonitoringOracle ACME Session Border Controllers - Oracle SBC/ECBTeams Direct RoutingExperience with the following Apps is a plus: Intrado E911, Mutare Spam calls, Unimax for Provisioning Audio Codes and Poly Desk Phones for Teams, good to haveCisco CUBE and Analog Gateways, good to have Other Qualifications and Soft Skills: Experience working in a heavily regulated, complex environment with standardized processes.Ability to comprehend, analyze, and research problems of a complex nature, make reasonable decisions, and recommend solutions.Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment, and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal clients, management, and staff.Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
