We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, includingSource and engage with potential Virtual Assistant candidates through various channels;Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications;Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements;Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding;Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in virtual assistance and recruitment;RequirementsProven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the virtual assistance or remote work sector;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Experience as a tech recruiter is a plus; Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for remote work environments;Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools;Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work environment;Proficient reading and writing skills in EnglishBenefitsWork from home;Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);Starting salary between 4$ - 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;A workplace that values its people; Referral bonus: If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they're hired by one of our clients;Remember to upload your data in English, please.
