**Summary**:Focused on core Access topics such as value, HEOR, pricing and evidence at a product and portfolio level, as well as policy shaping in areas like value frameworks, health system strengthening and affordability. Drive internal capability building and experience sharing of the ongoing changes in the external environment.**About the Role**:**Work Model**: Hybrid**Locality**: São Paulo**About the Role**:This role will work directly with the area: Value & Access**Key responsibilities**:- Evaluate outlook for trends in the innovative access model landscape. Setting direction and guiding the organization around access objectives-based market dynamic, trends and HCS archetype.- Coordinating inputs from different parts of the organization towards rapid and broad Access, ensuring that all needs are accounted for and helping drive trade-off decisions that affect Access- Design innovative mid-to-long-term Market Access strategy that embraces new engagement models- Ensures that pilots that are successful become part of an access innovation toolkit that can be scaled across therapy areas and/or market archetypes- Engage with and mobilize internal stakeholders and external partnerships to deliver on innovative win-win access solutions- Build Market access capability in critical areas (disruptive thinking, risk-taking, strategic mindset, strong influencing skills, cross-functional collaboration, future orientation)- Create high-performing cross-functional teams that operate as "One Team" with shared purpose and objectives across Market Access, Medical, Patient Advocacy and Government Affairs**Essential Requirements**:- Strong Access and HEOR (Medical Scientific Knowledge is a plus).- At least 5 years leading teams of broad expertise and maturity.- Ability to strategically coordinate effort of cross-functional teams bringing the right expertise when is needed to develop integrated strategies and value propositions.- Develops a globally integrated Patient Access strategy aimed at product differentiation and tailor-made solutions.- Deep understanding of the most relevant market access stakeholders (payers, governmental bodies, industry associations, professional associations and other stakeholders).- Deep understanding of the Brazilian Health Care System with a Value based healthcare approach focused on Therapeutic Areas and patient journey.- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with deep experience in local market.You'll receive: Competitive salary, annual bonus, life insurance, home office policy (home office 2x a week), retirement and wellbeing plans, flexible working arrangements, birthday day-off, parental leave, subsidized dining facilities, health insurance, employee recognition platform, Gympass, employee resource groups and virtual self-development tools.Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams' representative of the patients and communities we serve.DivisionInternationalBusiness UnitPharmaceuticalsLocationBrazilSiteSanto AmaroCompany / Legal EntityBR03 (FCRS = BR003) NOVARTIS BIOCIENCIAS S.AFunctional AreaMarket AccessJob TypeFull timeEmployment TypeRegularShift WorkNo
