Collaborate closely with our Lead Engineer, Developers, and Artists to shape the core of our games.ResponsibilitiesWrite clear, maintainable, modular, portable Unity and C# codeWork collaboratively within our in-house team of designers, artists, and developersAim for high standards in code quality, performance, and maintainabilityEnsure the technical approach being proposed for a given feature satisfies both the surface-level and deeper, engineering-specific requirementsDiagnose and address technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to deliver high-quality and stable gamesRequirementsA genuine love for game development and a collaborative spiritSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working autonomouslyMinimum of 5 years of experience developing games professionally, with experience in shipping Unity titles for PC and mobileExpertise with touch controls, and the build pipeline for mobile apps in a Unity contextFamiliarity with the Google and Apple stores, and the nuances of listing, testing, and provisioning appsAn analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsProficiency in C#, with robust debugging skills, and the capability to code and architect gameplay mechanics and toolsExperience in writing multiplayer gameplay systemsKnowledge in profiling, testing, optimization, and low-level programmingAbility to author lean, high-performance, maintainable codeCreativity in problem-solving and the ability to think beyond established solutionsProblem-solving abilities with the capacity to execute tasks independentlyExcellent communication skills and receptivity to feedbackBonus: familiarity with Perforce and JiraApplication RequirementsApplicants must provide an online portfolio showcasing their previous work.Company CultureThis role is part of a global, agile team that values hands-on work, encourages a culture of personal responsibility, problem-solving, and direct engagement in resolving issues.
