With over 5 million users globally, OrangeHRM also provides the world's most popular free & open-source HR software to help SMEs elevate their HR processes.**Few of our clients are below****Role Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of UI/UX designs.- Create and maintain documentation of testing processes, results, and design modifications.- Analyze test results, identify usability issues and areas for improvement, and make actionable recommendations.- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement changes based on testing outcomes.- Work with the design team to develop testing protocols and user scenarios.- Develop and establish UI/UX standards and guidelines for the organization.- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.- Participate in design reviews and provide input from a usability perspective.- Ensure that all products meet high standards of usability and accessibility.**Required Skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX testing or a similar role.- Strong understanding of usability testing methodologies and best practices.- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating UI/UX concepts and standards to a diverse audience- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Certification in UX design or usability testing is a plus.
