About the Opportunity:Rapidly growing financial services company Hybrid work schedule – Durham, NCTremendous room for growth as the company scales 2 direct reports Candidates must be local or willing to commute to Durham, NCResponsibilities:Possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in various banking solutions to optimize banking processes effectively.Oversee and maintain the treasury management system (GTreasury) to streamline and automate treasury functions.Conduct thorough analyses of cash inflows and outflows to guarantee the efficient management of funds. Collaborate with the investment and FP&A teams to forecast cash flow accurately and ensure timely investment of surplus funds for maximum returns.Provide support in preparing reports for diverse stakeholders such as the Board of Directors, rating agencies, and regulators as required.Manage and optimize credit facilities and funding structures to enhance capital utilization and leverage efficiency.Supervise the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) membership and credit line.Take ownership of the Accounts Payable function to ensure punctual and accurate settlement of vendor invoices, including overseeing controls for purchase order and invoice approvals.Stay updated with relevant laws and regulatory guidelines governing treasury operations.Oversee all statutory custodial deposits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.Maintain custody accounts to align with the requirements of investment accounting and operations.Uphold the integrity and efficacy of internal controls pertaining to treasury functions, ensuring the security of corporate funds and assets through diligent segregation of duties and access controls.
