Drive a performance culture, instill ownership and create a high-performing team;- Lead projects and initiatives to drive improvements on cost and speed;- Be the main POC of transportation inside FC, being the chairmain to negotiate new projects entrance and act as problem solver to solve issues that affect BR sites;- Establish and own performance metrics and communicate them to leadership;- Ensure the standardization of process across shifts and Sites within BR Network;A day in the lifeCajamar, BRA- Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques- Experience working in another logistics environment- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
