We win together, learn from each other, and respect each other while delivering best-in-class security solutions.About the Role As a Solution Engineer for Teramind, you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations. Solution Engineers help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners and have a voice with the product team to help prioritize features based on input from customers, partners, and competitors.Your day-to-dayDevelop an understanding of Teramind's product technology by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for customer-reported challenges, and building tools for faster diagnosis to identify and resolve future challengesPartner with the Teramind Sales Team to provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluationsDesign, manage, and deliver high-quality technical proof of values (POVs) for prospective customers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and SupportProactively engage and communicate with customers and Teramind internal teams regarding product feedback, roadmap requests, and the competitive landscapeMaintain accurate notes/feedback/updates in CRM regarding customer input, status updates, next steps, etcBecome an expert in Teramind's productsRequirementsThis role will require the unique ability to understand and articulate not only the technical advantages of Teramind but also the value propositionMinimum of 3+ years in a Solutions& Sales Engineering role in B2B software: cybersecurity and/or workforce managementAbility to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environmentFocus on execution, displaying superior attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishNice to haveExperience selling insider risk-type platformsBenefitsThis is a remote job, aligning with EST business hours.We're a global, distributed team looking for the finest talent.
