Job Title: Technical Service Manager LATAM - TTHCity: São Paulo/SPWork Model: RemoteClevel: C41As Technical Service Manager Latam you will be responsible to manage our Dairy customers technical needs, together with our Account Managers, to apply our ingredients in the dairy process, understand customer's technical needs, and make an outstanding management of projects approvals. With Regional responsibility will also have several internal technical meetings, discussions, and trainings with our global expertise in order to improve the capabilities of the dairies using our ingredients.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.Your key responsibilitiesInvestigate and determine the technical needs of customers and draw up a technical service plan, in cooperation with Sales and Account Management, and according to the Customer Service Level Agreements.Organize and do trials of actual or new customer's products in the dairy factories, with our ingredients.Investigate (or support the investigation), resolve and document customer technical complaints.Interpret data and trends related to technical service issues and provide recommendations for improvement.Supervise the laboratory activities for technical service.Provide service to customers in such a way that they are able to apply the Business Unit's products safely.
