Technical Lead (Python)

Responsibilities: Recruit, lead, and manage a team of highly driven software engineers Develop and foster world-class modern development best practices Provide seasoned technical direction and guidance for the engineering team Nurture a culture of ownership and technical excellence Work with product, customer success, and commercial to ensure requirements are over-delivered Track and manage the successful delivery of software and key results What you bring: 7+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years in technical leadership Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field 5+ years of experience with agile software methodologies 2+ years of experience in frontend development 5+ years of Python 1+ years of working in an early-stage startup ( Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong real-world coding skills (we will provide backend and frontend tests) Design and develop complex systems (distributed, eventing, trading, ML) Perks: We welcome new ideas and allow you to impact the team immediately.
