**Responsibilities**:- Develop and optimize shaders, materials, particle effects, and animation setups to achieve desired visual effects while ensuring performance across various mobile devices and platforms.- Troubleshoot problems and assist the team in unblocking issues related to UI, arts, and VFXs;- Work closely with artists and developers to integrate assets into the game engine, ensuring they meet technical requirements and performance standards.- Produce and maintain documentation on tools, methods, processes, and engine limits for consultation and future reference.- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and design best practices.- Be a solid teammate, brainstorm and partner with other designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Technical Artist in the gaming or entertainment industry;- Knowledge of the game development process, visual design principles, technical constraints, and best practices for mobile game development;- Programming skills, with proficiency in the C# language;- Proficiency in the Unity Game Engine and experience with asset pipelines;- Knowledge in the development of Shaders and VFX;- Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate ideas clearly, and accept feedback gracefully;- Knowledge of animation principles and experience with animation software such as ToonBom Harmony, Adobe Animate, Unity Animator, and others;- Intermediate English;**Nice to Have**- Experience with Spine or Similar;- Basic knowledge of UX best practices;- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Experience with game development;- Experience with mobile development;- Experience with responsive design.**Education**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or related field.**Some Benefits**- Dental and Health plan (Bradesco)- No co-pay- VR / VA above market pay- TotalPass- Variable pay can happen according to the company results- Flexible time- Day off on your Birthday- + Other benefits, included on our Total annual comp package.Flexible time, horizontal structure, great benefits & total reward package, and fun culture :)
