Job Summary:
We are looking for a person in Brazil who has 1,5+ years of experience in researcher/sourcer/recruiter position on the Latin American job market. A professional who is familiar with modern recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices, has the upper-intermediate or above level of written and spoken English.
Skills & Experience:
— Work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role (at least 1,5 years);
— Solid verbal and written communication skills;
— Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates;
— Effective time-management abilities;
— At least upper-intermediate English level.
Responsibilities:
— Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.);
— Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
— Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
— Maintain candidate databases;
— Crafting and sending recruiting emails;
— Provide administrative support to the recruiting team;
— Assist with the HR Process.
