The Position The Talent Acquisition Partner will cover recruitment processes across all job levels and categories, and spans various disciplines. It analyzes internal and external challenges, advises stakeholders, and serves as an expert in talent attraction and recruitment. The TAP collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with global standards. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, execution of recruitment processes, and providing insights to enhance the required practices. This position is to work in Montes Claros, MG.
Your responsabilities includes:
Serves as the foremost subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering invaluable insights to HRBP and business leaders concerning impending organizational shifts and associated workforce considerations. Acts as a trusted advisor to HRBP, actively contributing to Workforce Planning discussions and steering the talent acquisition strategy accordingly. Collaborates closely with sourcing partners to provide informed forecasts and industry insights, aligning recruitment strategies with Line of Business (LoB) future plans. Acts as the guardian of Novo Nordisk's employer value proposition, ensuring its compelling representation throughout the recruitment lifecycle, thereby bolstering the company's employer brand nationally and potentially internationally. Identifies and champions pivotal strategic opportunities, leveraging available resources to drive impactful interventions within the EVP/SVP/CVP/functional area/Region/Country. Executes meticulous end-to-end recruitment processes, adeptly guiding hiring managers through each stage to secure the best-suited candidates, while also overseeing candidate are initiatives to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a relevant experience and certification specialized in HR function. This person is expected to have fluent oral and written English. We expect a candidate seasoned in talent acquisition with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.
We'd like to see that you are proficient in data analysis, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills, experienced in managing and coaching diverse teams, utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques, and navigating complex organizational structures. Nice to have a person daptable to technological advancements and legal requirements while maintaining a results-driven approach. About the Department The Talent Acquisition LATAM department is responsible for conducting talent acquisition activities across Latin America. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about finding and attracting the best talent to Novo Nordisk. We work closely with Global People & Organization (P&O), local management teams, and external partners to ensure that our recruitment processes are efficient, cost-effective, and in line with the organization's policies and standards.
