Conduct technical meetings with customers and resellers to highlight Fortinetproducts and solutions.Provide pre-sales technical support to Fortinet Sales representatives, Fortinetresellers and distributors, in order to positively influence sales within theaccount or territory (Named Carrier Accounts for Mexico).Homologate the Fortinet Product Portfolio inside the Named Carrier Account andprovide support for the sales counterpart in order to position these products asthe standard offering for Managed Security Services and Internal Security Needs.Travel within the assigned territory (Local presence for the Named Carrier Accountin Latin America and the Caribbean) to ensure local Fortinet Sales Representativesand Named Carrier account key contacts, get the appropriate level of attention andcare.Coordinate and run demo labs or proof-of-concepts required by customers, in orderto shorten the sales cycle and effectively highlight Fortinet advantages overcompetitors.Create/Modify/Translate competitive documentation that can show in a convincingway, why Fortinet has a superior technology and product portfolio versuscompetitors, highlighting benefits to customers.Give proper follow-up to VIP projects and promptly report any advances orpotential issues, so the sales counterpart can be aware and proactively work onthe next step.Provide assistance on post-sales support cases, when customer relevance or projectimportance demands so.Assist resellers to perform technical design of security solutions for customers.Recommend the best technical solution for a given scenario, in order to providehigh quality products and services to Fortinet customers.Support educational efforts (both in-classroom and remote via Webinars) targetedto keep a high degree of knowledge about Fortinets solutions, to the partner,reseller and distributor base.Create technical documents and/or presentations that can help the partner base toperform better/quicker/more impressive demonstrations, to effectively showFortinet products strengths.Create/Modify/translate presentations as needed to effectively deliver Fortinetsmessage to any type of audience.Be a spokesperson, appropriately representing the company at public conferences,media and partner/Fortinet driven events.Work with Corporate and Field Marketing teams, to help understand specific marketneeds in order to drive the appropriate activities that can impact positivelymarkets perception towards Fortinet.Participate and be part of the feedback process to Research and Development, oninformation that flows from customers, partners and distributors, regardingpotential improvements in Fortinet product line.Be part of the internal engineering communities (Tech Teams, Mailing lists,Partner Forums) and assist others within or outside the region, in order to makeFortinet more successful as a company.Take internal or external trainings as needed (including self-training modules) inorder to keep product knowledge at the best possible, and be an expert resourcefor resellers, partners, distributors and other peers.Collaboratively work with peers within Latin America, in order to work oninitiatives specific to the LATAM Market, which can help to give better service toour customers, partners and the security community in general.Job Requirements:Bachelor / Engineering degree on Computer Science, Electronics orTelecommunications granted by a University recognized by the local EducationSystem and/or Education Authority.Must be a citizen or be legal resident and have a valid working visa in Mexico.Must currently live in Mexico DF, or close enough to attend daily meetings in anyof cities where the key accounts have their main head quarters.Fortinet has been built on diversity.
