POSITION OVERVIEWdormakaba is hiring a Supply Chain and Planning Coordinator for the Operations area in our office in Barueri, SP. This role is responsible for managing the Supply Chain and Logistics area: Planning, Import/Export, Stock Level and Shipping.WHAT YOU WILL DOLead and coordinate activities in the Planning, Imports and Exports and Logistics area, ensuring the effective execution of all stages of the process.Lead the short-term management process, proposing corrective actions and monitoring their implementation to ensure results aligned with objectives.Manage material planning with a focus on synchronizing operational needs with strategic planning.Support Financial team on monthly forecasts of financial results and Cash Flow.Provide relevant information to Commercial teams about product availability and sales forecast accuracy.Prepare and maintain annual budgets and forecasts, based on commercial area inputs and historical data.Lead Planning/scheduling activities to meet and exceed customer/ sales team expectations.Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of all supply chain processes, related to planning, compliance with suppliers and systems.Elaborate and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) for costs, logistics and procurement, focusing on the continuous improvement of the operations.Monitor and report cost trends for 3rd part goods.Meet inventory goals which effectively balance cash-flow with delivery time and inventory turn rates.Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, delivery, freight cost, creating a performance management for the key suppliers.Lead discussion for selection strategic of suppliers. Review, assess risks and opportunities related to key suppliers.WHAT WE REQUIREBachelor´s degree in business administration, engineering, logistics or in related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Logistics and Supply ManagementInventory control experienceWorking knowledge of Totvs or ERP systemsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)Strong leadership and communication skillsGood working knowledge of S& OP, Kanban, among other toolsFluency in EnglishWHAT WE PREFERExperience working in a manufacturing environmentPostgraduate degree or MBAWHY JOIN DORMAKABA?Our work is IMPORTANT.
