JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description:The Supplier Quality Assurance junior manager role undertakes the SQA process with raw materials suppliers and lead the UHBI category, to proactively ensure that their Quality Systems are in place to meet Mars Q&FS standards (defined in MQM) and enable the delivery of all materials to Mars manufacturing facilities to specification through assessing and developing supplier's capabilities, ensuring the resolution of non-conforming material issues and manage the technical development of the supply base to meet future requirements.Deploy Global Supplier Quality Assurance process, FAB & metrics in Brazil for and Dairy and UHBI suppliers' base.Contribute Q&FS insights to the supply strategy.Perform Q&FS Risk Assessment of suppliers to assess and decide on suitability to supply materials to Mars manufacturing sites.Complete Mars Materials Risk Assessment (MRA) for assigned materials on Supplier control Measures and align with R&D on that.Develop and utilize MQM metrics to understand and improve the Q&FS of the supply base.Undertake the SQA qualification process with UHBI & Dairy categories suppliers to identify strengths and gaps required to be addressed:?Performing the SQA site audit.? Reviewing of analytical data compliance.? Performing and reviewing of process capability data.? Verifying that supplier hazard controls are operating effectively.? Support the supplier to address gaps in Q&FS capability identified in audits.? Partner with the buyer in ensuring the material specifications are reviewed, understoodand agreed by the supplier. As well as ensuring quality aspects of contracts and SLAs areunderstood and agreed by supplier.? Working with the supplier to investigate & resolve material non-conformances to preventreoccurrence.? Undertake Supplier Development activities to build technical & operational capability tomeet the future requirements of the supply strategy;? Ensure proper reporting of suppliers' audits, corrective action plans, approval status andperiodic technical performance as per SQA process requirements.?
