Our organisation At DLL, we are many things.We are team members, family members, and community members.We are members of society, members of different cultures and nationalities.Members of change.We each have different beliefs, different passions, different viewpoints, talents and interests.We come from different backgrounds, cultures, nationalities and histories.But for all of our differences, we share one thing in common: each of us are members of DLL.Our company was founded in the Netherlands.But today we are truly a multinational business.Our unique culture is rooted in higher collaboration, less hierarchy and honest directness that enable us to integrate, ideate and innovate across country lines.Many companies say they are European, American, Asian or Australian, at DLL we are all these places and more.We are a cross-culture collaborative – an interconnected network – that comes together every single day with one goal in mind:Partnering for a better world.Your function As AGCO Finance GM for the Latam region you will manage fastest growing region and lead large team with presence in Brazil, Argentina but also expanding commercial relationship in other parts of the region.AGCO Finance represent over half of the DLL's regional presence and therefore you will drive and manage P&L responsibility for over 1bn EUR portfolio composed of both retail and wholesale finance exposure.You are expected to drive results, innovate, and manage change in an effective way to further improve our value proposition to our customers and dealers and grow the business.As a member of the Global AGCO Finance Management Team, you are expected to contribute to definition of the global strategy, as well as take initiative and manage international projects in line with defined strategic initiatives.You will operate in a complex stakeholder environment, where you will be accountable for aligning local shareholders on strategic priorities,directly managing commercial oriented activities, and driving accountability for internal, back-office operations.You will have an important governance role, playing an active role in the local DLL Management Team, including relevant management responsibilities.You are responsible for the development and execution of the strategy and budget in the region in line with our must-win-battles Your profile Graduate Degree, preferably Master / MBA degree in businessadministration, economics, agriculture.More than 10 years' experience in financial services, preferably in theagriculture industry in managing and leading large (sales and operations)teams.Strong communication, analytic, strategic, and commercial track record in thecommercial domain (P&L management) with excellent execution skills.Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).Good networking and excellent stakeholder management skills.Leadership and people management.Strong proven track record in buildinghigh performing teams.Analytical capabilities with quick learning skills to understand key trends,products, and services in the agricultural market and translate these inconcrete strategic plans to further support AGCO and its distribution networkto help selling more equipment and/or aftersales.Ability to adapt to changes in strategic direction, stress resistance.International mobility: frequent local and regional travels Strong understanding of the in-control framework (risk, finance) Leadership.Strong communication, analytic, strategic, and commercial track record in thecommercial domain (P&L management) with excellent execution skills.Ability to adapt to changes in strategic direction, stress resistance.We offer Two working days a year volunteering for a local charity;Health and wellness program, including healthy food, free health checks, fun health and vitality activities;Flexible hours with the possibility of working from home;Career development opportunities: online learning, member development programs;to an overview of all the benefits in your region.
