Responsible for support the structuring with commercial and subsidized banks i) the negotiation of financial and guarantees agreements (LC, SBLC, ESA, pledges, etc..) and ii) financing disbursements and project financial/physical completion with LC/SBLC releaseWhat challenges will you face?Financial models analysis suggesting the best funding options accordingly to the projects specificities;Prepare internal approvals;Structure and Negotiate debts issuances (BNDES, BNB, FDNE, Bridge Loans, 12.431 among others);Follow Up of consents and waivers with debt holders;Analysis of FX hedge instruments (NDF, Swaps, etc.);Project finance related LC and SBLC negotiation;Follow Up of disbursement and completion processesWhat specific knowledge do you need?At least 2 years of project finance experience in Banking/Infrastructure/Energy companies;abilities with commercial and subsidized banksNegotiation abilities with commercial and subsidized banks;Knowledge of accounting and tax mechanics regarding financing;Knowledge of financial instruments.Bachelor's degree in economics, Administration, Finances or Engineering;MBA or related will be considered a plusEnglish mandatoryWhat does Atlas offer you?Belong to a multicultural, inclusive, and diverse environment.
