VTRAC offers an environment where your ideas are very important, the opportunity to work in an energetic and supportive team where personal and professional growth matters and the associated rewards and competitive compensation are accelerated only by your desire and commitment.RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify, engage, and explore candidates' real motivation and interest, validate their skills and competencies, and present quality talents promptly.In-depth technical and functional evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases.Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate and interview candidates.Prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates.Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.Learn and utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards, and professional networking site mining.Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.Coordinate presentation of candidates to prospective clients.Prepare reporting on activities and results.QUALIFICATIONMinimum 6 years of experience in the IT Recruitment industry.Minimum 3 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates from Canadian or the U.S marketsMinimum 2 years of experience in full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to present to the clientMust have in-depth technical evaluation experience. You should be able to fully assess the candidate's technical skills. This is a senior technical recruiter position and is not a fit for those who do not have an IT coding background.VERY STRONG networking and relationship-building skills.VERY STRONG verbal and written English communication skills.Very strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skillsVERY familiar with in MS Word.
