JOB DESCRIPTION Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesWe are looking for a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist(Product Marketing) who has the following professional experience:- At least two years of experience as an offering/product manager in the AIDC industry, preferably with a leading provider of AIDC solutions such as Zebra Technologies, Datalogic, Newland, Elgin, Ingram Micro, Scansource etc.- Experience in developing and launching new products and services for various sectors, such as retail, healthcare, transportation, industrial, logistics, and manufacturing.- Experience in collaborating to create and execute go-to-market strategies, sales enablement tools, and customer feedback mechanisms.- Experience in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals for the products under your portfolio.- Experience in managing the product lifecycle of barcode scanners, mobile computers, printers, RFID readers, or similar AIDC technologies.- Experience in conducting market research, competitive & pricing analysis, and customer segmentation for the AIDC market.- Experience in delivering innovative and differentiated solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the target segments.- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with resellers, system integrators, and end-users in the AIDC space, preferably with leading distributors of AIDC products and services.- Experience in partnering with the marketing members to design and implement promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and training events for the AIDC business.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering with a focus on Marketing, or a related field.Strong knowledge of the AIDC market trends, challenges, and opportunities.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Creative, strategic thinker, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset.
