The Account Executive will be instrumental in propelling growth through the establishment of new partnerships with various brand sponsors for the Cozymeal Magazine and Recipes section.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Developing and executing sales strategies to identify and secure new sponsors for Cozymeal's Magazine and Recipes section.- Managing existing partners/clients.- Reaching out to and cultivating relationships with various brand and marketing agencies, exploring opportunities for partnerships or collaborations.- Crafting compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and ongoing client support.- Establishing targets and metrics in collaboration with partners.- Meet quarterly sales goals.**REQUIREMENTS**:- 5+ years of business development, sales, or digital advertising experience in the culinary or lifestyle industry.- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sponsorship sales goals.- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.- A creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.- Proficiency in understanding metrics and the ability to measure results.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- A team player and collaborator.- A degree in Business or Marketing would be highly preferred.**Hours**: 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours overlap with 9 am to 6 pm, any time zone in the US.WHAT WE OFFER:- Work anywhere in the world (we are 100% remote team)- Great work environment with a strong and friendly team of co-workers- Flexible scheduleIf this sounds like you, then Cozymeal just might be the right place for you!
