Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical experience.5+ years of experience in technical support and/or related roles.Background in technical support environments, particularly with software and integrations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to understand their integration requirements and objectives, translating them into technical specifications and implementation plans.Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal teams throughout the integration process, offering recommendations and best practices to optimize integration outcomes.Perform custom integrations for third-party applications, leveraging APIs and other integration tools and technologies, within cloud and on-premise infrastructures.Test and validate integrations to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.Document integration processes, configurations, and workflows, creating comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles for reference and training purposes.
