Architecture Definition: Design and define the software architecture, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration with existing systems. Create architectural diagrams and documentation to communicate the proposed solution. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, assisting them in implementing the defined architecture and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. System Integration: Identify integration points with other systems, both internal and external, and design solutions for seamless data exchange and interoperability. Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to design comprehensive and effective software solutions that meet the defined requirements and architectural guidelines. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test strategies and ensure that the developed software meets the defined requirements and quality standards. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and address technical issues and challenges that arise during the development process, providing timely resolutions and recommendations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends.RequirementsExperience as a Software Consultant, specifically in requirements gathering and architecture definition. Proficiency in CRM systems, database management, software development methodologies, and system integration. Familiarity with Formix and Siebel CRM systems would be a significant advantage. Extensive experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders, conducting workshops, and documenting business needs and functional specifications. A solid understanding of software architecture principles and can define scalable and robust architectures for complex systems.
