Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and design effective test cases. Perform manual and automated testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Apgar's data management solutions. Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency. Identify and report software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to the development and improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, reproduce defects, and provide detailed information to facilitate root cause analysis. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance in testing best practices. You are… Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar testing role, with a focus on data management technologies. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Solid understanding of databases, data warehouses, and data integration technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Who we are… Who are we?
