You have the power to shape things and individuals to make them better.About the Role:As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide exemplary recruitment services to the Alcoa business in Brazil, ensuring an effective delivery and driving best practice processes, policies and the development of effective, fit for purpose, role specific recruitment strategies, operating with agility to align with changing business priorities. As a member of the Brazil Talent Acquisition Team, you will ensure alignment of recruitment and sourcing governance, guidelines, and standards, and will actively advise and support senior leaders in identifying and attracting unique candidates to increase diversity and top talent across Alcoa.Other key responsibilities include:Sharing knowledge and enabling TA team members to develop their capabilities in effective and efficient service delivery;Coordination of all recruitment activities, as well as recruitment support for bulk requirements and critical and hard to fill positions;Be a key contributor to regional projects and ensure alignment of recruitment and sourcing guidelines and standards and participate in regional and global TA projects;Identify development opportunities for the regional team and provide upskilling as and when appropriate;Participate in monthly TALT Meetings and contribute to team strategic discussions and best practice methodology adoption;Partner with your local TA Manager and Global Sourcing Manager to develop strategic plans and key metrics that can influence talent acquisition practices that support operations.What you can bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related areas;Well-developed verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual (Portuguese/English);Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally teamed with an understanding of sourcing and TA Project Management;Solid understanding of bulk hourly recruitment practices and well developed organizational skills;In depth understanding of talent attraction techniques and sourcing tools to offer expert advice in sourcing hard to fill, critical, senior and complex roles as well as roles in remote locations;Relevant industry experience is preferred but aligned industries will be considered (manufacturing, oil and gas, heavy industry);Availability to live in São Luis (Maranhão) is preferable.What's on offer:Competitive remuneration and benefits packages;Performance related bonus (variable);Flexibility First – Remote work agreement;Telemedicine and telenutrition;Recognition as one of the Best Companies to Work For by Great Place to Work;Recognized by Guia Exame de Diversidade as one of the companies with the best practices related to inclusion, equity, gender, ethnicity, race, People with Disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people.Applications close:May, 14th
