You have the power to shape things and individuals to make them better.About the Role:As the Senior Sourcing and Talent Intelligence Advisor (remote), you will provide exemplary sourcing and market intelligence for Alcoa's complex, hard to fill and critical roles both regionally, and where required, globally. The Senior Sourcing Advisor will drive Alcoa's sourcing processes and deliver fit for purpose, role specific sourcing and talent intelligence strategies, operating with agility to align with changing business priorities. As a member of the global Talent Acquisition team, you will actively advise and support senior leaders in identifying and attracting unique active and passive candidates to increase diversity and top talent across Alcoa.Other key responsibilities include:Partner with your local TA Manager and Global Sourcing Manager to develop strategic plans and key metrics that can influence talent acquisition practices that support operations.Subject matter expert on regional talent pools and pockets of talent for critical roles.Use your experience and expertise in candidate care to engage with professionals, understanding their motivations and aspirations for roles and future careers.Establish relationships with new employees to build and develop referrals to assist with diversity targets and talent management.Ensure diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our sourcing practices.Ensure best practice, innovative and creative sourcing methodologies are utilized in a cost-effective and timely manner, with the aim of improving Time to Fill and reducing external recruitment agency service utilization.Be a key contributor to regional and global projects and ensure alignment of recruitment and sourcing guidelines and standards and participate in regional and global TA/Sourcing projects.
