We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Developers to join our team. You will work on implementation and consultancy projects in different Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, among others. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, be purposeful and support the team to work within the best development practices to create personalized and engaging experiences for customers.Opportunity in an international project to work directly with a client in the US, with the possibility of expansion. Will work on improvements and support in Saleforce Core.Responsibilities• Actively collaborate with internal and front-end team and directly with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions on the Salesforce platform• Develop, configure and customize solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC) and other Salesforce platform tools• Develop solutions aligned with Salesforce development and governance best practices• Perform application testing, code review, builds and merge management, release updates (including Salesforce Releases), sandbox updates and execution of builds in production• Actively participate in the software development cycle, including design, coding, testing, code reviews, versioning control and deployment, and technically document in compliance with the governance process and Salesforce best practices• Perform ongoing maintenance of existing systems and functionalities, identifying and correcting problems and implementing improvements• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure proper integration between Salesforce and other systems and technologies• Provide technical support and guidance to different teams and end users related to Salesforce Core• Be constantly updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices• Ability to work in an agile, emerging and collaborative environment with multifunctional teams, contributing to improving our methodologies and governanceRequirements• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, to work directly with international teams and clients. Note: This opportunity is to work directly with clients in the US• Previous experience of at least 3 years as a Senior Salesforce Developer• Solid experience in development on the Salesforce platform, including workflows, triggers, and custom objects• Ability to work on projects Programmatic development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce and JavaScript) and declarative (Point and Click) on the Salesforce Platform• Solid knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML and CSS for advanced customization• Knowledge of Salesforce Core Architecture and Data model• Solid experience developing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, including automation and integrations with Sales and external customer service applications• Solid experience in developing Service Cloud and integrated customer service applications (Omnichannel, chatbot, etc.)• Previous experience with Salesforce systems integration using APIs and webservices, integrations with SAP and SF Rest Resources will be relevant• Relevant experience in Salesforce integration projects with external applications and platforms• Demonstrate knowledge in Salesforce assessment and administration, including processing, data model and governor limits• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions including creating technical documents to represent the solution• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels• Ability to communicate technical complexities in a clear and understandable way to different audiences• Excellent skills in identifying and solving problems efficiently and ability to work independently in challenging and emerging environments• Familiarity with agile project management and change management methodologies• Relevant Salesforce certifications that will be considered an advantage: Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Marketing Cloud Developer• Will work in EST timezone
