Senior Project Lead

At OrangeHRM, we adopt the latest practices in software engineering that enable us to rapidly meet the demands of our global user base.Few of our clients**Responsibilities**:- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements- Manage the entire development phase including the resources assigned to the project until transition/closure.- Define a detailed project plan - manage, monitor and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.- Proactively prepare for all upcoming deliverables.- Identify risks with the project early and take steps to avoid/minimize the impact of these risks.- Regularly communicate to the stakeholders including the clients about the project progress- Manage changes efficiently, and communicate to the stakeholders on the impact of changes.- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and meet the client expectations- Represent the client to the internal teams while providing the leadership, guidance and the support to them.- Managing multiple projects at a time**Expected Qualifications and Skills**:- A degree in IT/CS or equivalent- Minimum 3 years(Senior PM) of project management experience- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English- Strong business sense- PMP or any project management certification would be an advantage- Worked with foreign clients, worked on HR domain would be advantage
