We innovate so our customers can grow.About The Right Team MemberWe're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior ProductManager to help define and execute the product strategy at Mindbody.About The RoleLead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and researchersto scope and execute highest ROI product opportunities. Manage ideation, evaluation, definition, prioritization and executionactivities against the squad roadmap. Build alignment with key stakeholders from across the organization.Seek a range of perspectives and solicit honest feedback. Be the voice of the customer. Lead user discovery via user research,design sprints, and other customer touchpoints. Pair together quantitative and qualitative data to inform key productdecisions that address user needs. Work with cross-functional partners to define GTM motions, ensuringthat customers are aware of product updates and the value they add to driveadoption.Skills & ExperienceProven track record of strategic thinking, you can define a productvision, strategy, and roadmap as well as execute against it. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, youcollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas toexecutive leadership to gain buy-in. Customer-obsessed, you're not afraid to dig into the current workflowof customers to deeply understand pain points and their root cause toinform product approach. UX-savvy, you partner closely with design counterparts to makerecommendations and influence the final solution. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experiencedriving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive productdecisions.
