Senior Product Designer - Ux

Our client is a leading sports betting and gambling company with over 30 well-known B2C brands within the gambling industry. As a Senior Product Designer - UX you will help define, articulate, document, and implement a comprehensive product experience across LATAM.Location: Brazil - RemoteSalary range: USD 3,000 - USD 4,000 monthlyMandatory: Must have e-commerce experience and/or sportsbetting and gambling experienceResponsibilities:Define design requirements based on data-driven decisions and collaboration from internal teams and stakeholders.Conduct usability tests and UX research with the internal team and end users while gathering information and creating a plan to evolve the product.Design document, and effectively communicate how the flows, wireframes, and prototypes and interfaces work and will help achieve company objectives.Master HCI usability and accessibility (wcag) best practices.Work closely with the Stakeholders, as well as with developers and designers, aligning customer needs and business goals, from the discovery of product specs up to the final deliverables.Be part of all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, user analysis, wireframes, flows, testing, implementation, and results analysis.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the Design field, specially UX Design.Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and UX design process.Knowledge of Apple, Android, and responsive design guidelines.Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders.Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome. Have a problem solver mentality and a spirit for innovation.Good verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Portuguese.Master Figma, design system usage, as well as the entire UX process (from research to final UI).Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.Solid PowerPoint communication skills – distilling complex topics into easy to digest and meaningful content.
