Kubernetes/AWS)Hands-on experience in high performance, high scalability, high availability systemsAbility to design and implement a main system capable of effectively multiplexing incoming requests into multiple outward connections (http/s, http2), while ensuring the maintenance of state until all outgoing requests receive repliesAbility to organize software internally for optimal teamwork, including defining best development practices, environment setup, unit test definition, and test runtime setup and build automationHas experience in low-level socket management, timeouts, TCP keep alive, HTTP keep alive, timeouts, time wait states, and similar is highly valued Ability to diagnose Go language issues: internal metrics monitoring, defining the ideal metrics to monitor externally, debugging in isolation, profiling locally and in productionExperience with CI/CDWould be a plus:Experience with Node.jsPersonal profile: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsComfortable with working in Agile frameworksExperience working in distributed international teamsHighly personable, with good communication skills
