What we're looking for:We're looking to add a talented brand designer to the BioBlanks team. The brand designer will work closely with the executive team to create a world-class brand while working directly with our clients to ensure their brand + audience is reflected in their custom apparel. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, experienced in brand design, and excited to work in a fast-paced creative environment.What You'll Do: Craft our core brand assets like logos, colors, typography, and imagery that'll make BioBlanks stand out from the crowd! Design packaging, website, one-pagers, and marketing materials that scream "we're cool, sustainable, and here to make a difference!" Collaborate with our design team to ensure our clients' brand aesthetics, values, and target audiences are seamlessly incorporated into their custom apparel. Create visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers, making them fall in love with our brand and mission!What You'll Need: 3-5 years of experience in brand design (you've been around the block a few times!)? Experience building iconic brand design from scratch (you know how to lay a solid foundation! Experience working with startups ? Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop (you're a design tool wizard!) A deep understanding of color theory (you know your way around a color wheel!)
