Better if they know or have work in Fashion / Beauty Care companies. They need to be bilingual ( Spanish/ Portuguese with English) if they have the 3 languages is a plus. Able to work in different times zones for LATAM. Work with the Offshore model! If they know to debug ( Abap) is a plus ( techno functional consultants) Knowledge in S4Hana is a plus.
