What you'll do: Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Partner Solution Center Location: São Paulo, Brazil In this role, you'll: The main tasks of the working student will be to support the execution of the Partner Solution Center in the regions of LAC, NA, APJ and GC. In this context there are immediate responsibilities and new ones depending on priorities: Construction of GPO Partner Readiness Learning Compass to ensure complete coverage of all team roles with their respective learning paths in the system Operational support for Implementation of measures to improve and simplify communications operations and consumption Support on manual reporting on enablement execution in context of reporting framework delivering in timely manner with quality Support operational tasks related to project tracking and programs execution working in collaboration with all Partner Readiness Business Office team Document management (Dashboards, templates, PSC Guides, JAM - PSC LAC Docs update, etc.) Validate/Reproduce technical basis installation ( SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Appliance Library, Partner Demo Environment-Shared Option) Update and control partners participants of PSC program ( 10Steps2S4, 5Steps2Fiori, Demo21, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, SME Solutions, etc) Manage Qualified Partner Packaged Solutions (QPPS) – Follow-up expired packages and broken links. These activities will require extensive contact with the Partner Readiness teams as well as deep analytic and presentation skills. Fluent in English (Spanish and / or Portuguese are highly considered) as well as mastering MS Excel and PowerPoint are required. Basic HTML knowledge required. Who you are: Student currently studying Business, Economics and/or Engineering Computer skills: MS Office Advanced Level [Excel and PowerPoint] Language skills: Very fluent in English and Spanish and / or Portuguese, spoken and written.
