As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented Sales Training Instructor who shares our enthusiasm for empowering others to succeed in the fast-paced world of digital sales.Role Overview:As a Sales Training Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in onboarding our new sales team members, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to excel in the competitive field of digital sales.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver tailored sales training programs for new hires, ensuring a deep understanding of our sales principles, processes, and product/service offerings.Guide new sales team members in developing essential sales skills such as prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, sales closing, and customer relationship management.Utilize various teaching methods including presentations, role-playing, case studies, and hands-on training to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.Provide personalized and constructive feedback to new hires, assisting them in identifying areas for improvement and supporting their professional growth.Collaborate closely with sales managers and team leaders to maintain consistency and alignment between training programs and sales strategies.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our sales training programs using performance metrics and feedback, making adjustments as needed to optimize training outcomes.Requirements:Fluency in English is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in English Language, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field is advantageous.Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
