Sales Support Analyst

Sandvik Rock Processing Brasil (Schenck Process) is looking for a professional for the position of Sales Support Analyst Application to work at our plant located in Taubaté/SP.If you are a professional focused on Security and Passion for Winning, come be part of a great Company and apply:Main responsibilities of this position: Receiving requests via exclusive email for Intercompany; Sending Intercompany proposals; Implementation of new orders for equipment/spare parts and requests via ERP (DataSul); Creation of order mirror via ERP (DataSul) for Intercompany processes; Link between the FrontLine and BackLine teams to exchange documentation; Support for managing proposals and orders between sales, budgets and contracts areas; Access to portals and posts of customer proposals; User of a specific management tool for entry and exit of proposals; Maintenance of KPIs in the Application and Budgets department. Participation in follow-up meetings between sales, budgets and contracts areas; Skills: Analytical Thinking, Employee Health and Safety, Good Communication, Organization; Competencies: Accountability, Safety and Skill for approach to Customer; Desirable: ERP Totvs (Datasul)Education: Graduation in Administration or similar field; Language: English (mandatory) and Spanish (Desirable)
